Reward Program Rules \u2014 Virdato (VIRD)<\/h1>\n

1) Definitions<\/h2>\n

  • Epoch:<\/strong> The program accounting interval used to calculate rewards (e.g., weekly).<\/li>\n
  • Verified engagement:<\/strong> Engagement signals that pass integrity checks (anti-bot, anti-sybil, anomaly filters).<\/li>\n
  • Eligible participant:<\/strong> A user or creator meeting the minimum eligibility requirements described below.<\/li>\n
  • Reward pool:<\/strong> The category budget designated for distribution (e.g., Creator Rewards, Audience Rewards).<\/li>\n
  • Disqualification:<\/strong> Removal from eligibility due to prohibited behavior, fraud indicators, or policy violations.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/div>\n\n

    2) Eligibility<\/h2>\n

    \n Eligibility may depend on account status, verification requirements, geographic restrictions, and integrity checks. At minimum:\n <\/p>\n

    • Participant must use a supported wallet and comply with platform Terms.<\/li>\n
    • Participant must not be located in restricted jurisdictions (where applicable).<\/li>\n
    • Participant must pass integrity screening (anti-bot \/ anti-sybil).<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/div>\n\n

      3) What Can Earn Rewards<\/h2>\n

      \n Rewards are designed to incentivize measurable ecosystem participation. Example qualifying actions may include:\n <\/p>\n

      • Creators:<\/strong> Verified traffic, retention, content interactions, referrals, and quality-weighted engagement (when available).<\/li>\n
      • Audience:<\/strong> Verified participation, curation actions, referrals, community tasks, and platform-defined contributions.<\/li>\n
      • Programs:<\/strong> Pilot participation, testing, governance feedback, and security reporting incentives (when offered).<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

        \n Not all actions qualify. The platform may publish program-specific rules for special campaigns.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

        4) Reward Calculation<\/h2>\n

        \n Rewards are calculated each epoch using a combination of verified engagement metrics and integrity filters.\n Calculation parameters may include (example):\n <\/p>\n

        • Quality-weighted interactions<\/li>\n
        • Fraud-adjusted scoring<\/li>\n

          5) Anti-Fraud & Disqualification<\/h2>\n

          \n We actively mitigate fraud. Disqualifying behavior may include:\n <\/p>\n

          • Botting, scripting, or automated manipulation<\/li>\n
          • Sybil behavior (multiple accounts to farm rewards)<\/li>\n
          • Fake traffic, click farms, or purchased engagement<\/li>\n
          • Wallet replay exploits or signature manipulation attempts<\/li>\n
          • Abusive conduct or Terms violations<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

            \n We may withhold, reduce, reverse, or deny rewards if fraud is suspected or confirmed.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

            6) Claims, Thresholds, and Expiry<\/h2>\n
              \n
            • Claim windows:<\/strong> rewards may be claimable only within a defined window after each epoch.<\/li>\n
            • Minimum thresholds:<\/strong> the platform may enforce minimum claim amounts.<\/li>\n
            • Expiry:<\/strong> unclaimed rewards may expire and return to treasury or be reallocated per published policy.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

              \n Exact threshold and expiry values should be published in the product UI or program update log.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

              7) Changes to Program Rules<\/h2>\n

              \n Program rules may change to improve integrity, comply with law, or adjust incentives. We will publish updates with:\n <\/p>\n

                8) Disputes & Appeals<\/h2>\n

                \n If you believe your rewards were incorrectly calculated or withheld, you may request review through the official contact channel.\n Reviews are discretionary and may be denied if fraud indicators are present.\n <\/p>\n

                \n This process is not a guarantee of reversal. We reserve the right to protect ecosystem integrity.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n
