AI Vault Systems Inc. (“AI Vault,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may provide features powered by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning models, and automated analytics systems. 1. Nature of AI-Generated Outputs

AI-generated outputs are probabilistic in nature and are not deterministic guarantees. Such outputs:

4. Utility Token Disclaimer — Virdato (VIRD)

Virdato (VIRD) is a utility token designed to facilitate platform-level functionality, engagement participation, and ecosystem rewards.

VIRD:

  • Is not equity and does not represent ownership in AI Vault Systems Inc.
  • Does not grant voting rights in any corporate entity
  • Does not provide dividend or revenue-sharing rights
  • Is not marketed as an investment product
  • Does not guarantee profit, appreciation, or liquidity
  • May fluctuate in perceived or market value
  • May be subject to regulatory changes

Token distribution is governed by platform-defined criteria and may be suspended, modified, restricted, or discontinued at AI Vault’s discretion. Users participate at their own risk.

5. Blockchain Transparency & Technical Risk

VIRD operates on public blockchain infrastructure. Users acknowledge that:

  • Blockchain transactions are public and immutable
  • Wallet addresses and transaction history are publicly visible
  • Transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed
  • Private key custody is solely the responsibility of the wallet holder

  • Loss of private keys
  • Wallet compromise
  • User-side security failures
  • Smart contract vulnerabilities beyond reasonable review
  • Third-party blockchain or infrastructure disruptions
